I had an old 1991 DUI case with an active bench warrant that had been hanging over me for decades. Garret Weinrieb handled my case and appeared in court on July 17, 2026 on my behalf. I didn’t have to appear or travel to California. He was able to get the warrant recalled and have my probation officially terminated with no further obligations and without requiring me to complete any additional alcohol program.His retainer was fair and reasonable, and he was professional and responsive throughout the entire process.
